In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6, Paragraph 3, and 26 of Decree No. 22/12 dated March 25, 2022, establishing the Public Institution known as Academic Transport, abbreviated as Trans-Academia, it is noteworthy that President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo has initiated a transportation scheme aimed at facilitating student mobility.

This public institution will possess legal personality and will enjoy administrative and financial autonomy under the name "Academic Transport," abbreviated as "Trans-Academia." The primary aim of this establishment is to provide public transportation for students from higher education institutions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo at preferential rates.
